Patsystems required a global tool that enabled them to track their sales pipeline and enforce some procedural rigor, but without compromising the autonomy required of their sales force to complete such complex sales.
A three-stage delivery process was agreed which split this complex system into its major technical components:
The first of these three phases is now complete with the successful implementation of the core ‘contacts module’. The client is now in a position to test this application over a period of three months before phase two is initiated.
